Friends of Navdanya makes grants to fund projects undertaken by Navdanya on its farm and through its outreach programs in India. Such projects have included farmer training (including women farmers) in organic farming, seed improvement and seed saving; the development and expansion of the Navdanya community seed banks throughout India; and the creation of organic gardens (Gardens of Hope) at schools in rural and urban India.

Friends of Navdanya is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 charitable organization. Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law and may be made by check or credit card.
